ACT Procurement Solutions undertakes procurement activities on behalf of ACT Government departments and agencies for infrastructure and capital works, goods and services.  We advise the ACT Government on procurement and related construction industry policy, and we are responsible for the development and implementation of the government’s procurement policy.  We manage the Secretariat to the ACT Government Procurement Board, administer a range of pre-qualification schemes and establish and manage whole-of-government contracts. ACT Procurement Solutions includes the following business areas:

• Infrastructure Procurement Section (including Capital Contracts and Prequalification Units);
• Strategic Business Systems Unit; and
