The Goods and Services Procurement and Policy Section of ACT Procurement Solutions is responsible for the following areas:

• Goods and Services procurements – managing the procurement process, in consultation with ACT Government agencies, for all ACT Government goods and services procurements of $20,000 and above;
• Procurement Policy (including Capital Coordination) – providing advice to ACT Government on all aspects of procurement policy, and providing secretariat support services to the ACT Government Procurement Board in accordance with the Government Procurement Act 2001.  This Unit also administers capital works reporting and forward planning; and
• Common Use Arrangements (including Quality Assurance) – implementing and managing aggregated supply arrangements established to service ACT Government agencies for frequently purchased goods and services.  This Unit also manages ACT Procurement Solutions' quality assurance.
