The Infrastructure Procurement Section provides capital works procurement and associated risk management services to the ACT Government. Infrastructure Procurement fulfils the contractual obligations of the Principal on behalf of the Territory, and manages Capital Works and other construction industry-related projects for ACT Government clients, utilising a variety of contract and project management systems. Design activities and construction services are outsourced to prequalified industry suppliers.  This Section includes Capital Contracts and Prequalification Units.
