The Procurement Policy Unit (including Capital Coordination) advises government on procurement policies, legislative instruments and related documentation, including circulars and toolkits, which explain the application of procurement principles, thresholds and related procurement processes. The Unit also provides secretariat support services to the ACT Government Procurement Board in accordance with the Government Procurement ACT 2001, as well as administering the reporting and forward planning for capital works procurements.
