The Strategic Business Systems Unit is responsible for management and development of ACT Procurement Solutions’ dedicated business systems, including project management and financial interfaces, as well as managing the ACT Government Contracts Register, publication of tenders and business opportunities (formerly the basis website), related business registration and advertising procedures, and a hotline for related queries.  It is also responsible for investigating on-line technologies to facilitate enhanced government procurement activities.
