Supplier Registration (formerly Business Directory), is a free service.  It's objective is to enable registered businesses to receive emailed notification of ACT Government tenders and other business opportunities, based on the general nature of the products selected during registration. 

The nature of the service will be changing shortly.  From Monday 8 September 2008, suppliers will no longer be required to select products or work types during registration.  Registered suppliers will be sent a regular emailed notification of new tenders and business opportunities as they arise; these notifications will not be specific to any products or work types.

In addition, the name of the service will change from Supplier Registration to Tender Notification, effective Monday 8 September 2008. 

It is important to note that suppliers remain responsible for checking the website and newspapers for tenders or business opportunities.

Suppliers should be aware that individual registration will be required for downloading each tender or business opportunity, which is a separate process to submitting details to the Supplier Register.  Registration and downloading of individual tenders or business opportunities may be done via the Tenders page.
