Why should I register my details with the Supplier Registration / Tender Notification service? Registration enables suppliers to receive emailed notification of ACT Government tenders and other business opportunities, based on the general nature of the products/work type (UNSPSC codes) selected during registration. The delivery of this service will change from Monday 8 September 2008. The name of the service will also change, from Supplier Registration to Tender Download. It is important to note that suppliers are responsible for checking the website and newspapers for tenders or business opportunities. How do I register my details with the Supplier Resgitration / Tender Notification service? Select the Register, update or remove my details link and complete the online form. This form may also be used to update your details, or to request withdrawal of your details from this service. What is the difference between registering with the Supplier Registration / Tender Notification service, and registering to download a tender? The Supplier Registration / Tender Notification service is a repository of suppliers and their contact details; registration enables suppliers to receive generic notification of new ACT Government tenders and business opportunities as they arise. Note that this process DOES NOT register your details for any specific tender or business opportunity. Registering to download a specific tender or business opportunity via the tender download option enables suppliers to access tender documentation and addenda relating to a particular tender or business opportunity. |
