ACT Procurement Solutions is responsible for managing ACT Government procurements with a value of $20,000 and over, in consultation with ACT Government agencies. These tenders and business opportunities, including consultations, are advertised electronically as well as in a variety of newspapers. Open tenders and business opportunities are advertised in order to provide all potential suppliers with an equal opportunity to review the requirements and submit a response, in accordance with the requirements.

Suppliers should be aware that individual registration will be required for downloading each tender or business opportunity, which is a separate process to submitting details to the Supplier Register. Registration to the Supplier Register may be done via the Supplier Registration page.
