How do I find a business opportunity tender?

Select "Search Basis for open tenders" in the "Tenders advertised on Basis" tab.  This search takes you to a list of all open tenders.

How do I download the applicable business opportunity/tender documentation?

Select "Tenders advertised on Basis" tab and "Register and download tenders" tab.  You will be taken to a new window that will display a list and brief description of current tenders.  Click on the tender you are interested in and follow the prompts.  Please contact procurementsolutions@act.gov.au or telephone: 02 6207 7377.

How do I lodge a submission /response?

All tenders should be placed in the ACT Procurement Solutions Tender Box on the Ground Floor North, Dame Pattie Menzies House, 16 Challis Street, Dickson, unless otherwise stipulated.  All tenders closing in the ACT Procurement Solutions Tender Box close at 2:00pm (local Canberra time) on the allocated dates.

Are there any fees involved in tendering with the ACT Government?

All tender documents prepared by the Territory, or for the Territory, are available to potential tenderers free of charge. 

Are tenders for other states advertised on this site?

No.  Only ACT Government business opportunities and tenders are advertised on this site.  Over time, links may be provided to tender sites for other jurisdictions.
