A Multi Use List (MUL) is a list of pre-approved suppliers of specified goods and/or services, who have satisfied the conditions for participation. MULs are intended for use in more than one procurement process. Inclusion on an MUL does not guarantee any potential supplier that the Territory will include them in a MUL procurement process.

Suppliers are welcome to submit an application for a MUL at any time.

As the Territory develops new MULs details of those MULs will be available from this page.

MUL Number 28079
Description

The Healthy Food and Drinks Choices Policy outlines the requirements for the types of food and drinks that can be provided at ACT Government meetings and functions. The Policy utilises a traffic light system to classify food and drinks according to their nutritional content.

Schemes continue beyond the initial application and evaluation and include the ongoing management of a supplier’s performance and continuous review of corporate capability and capacity.
