MULs are intended for use in more than one procurement process. Inclusion on an MUL does not guarantee any potential supplier that the Territory will include them in a MUL procurement process.
Suppliers are welcome to submit an application for a MUL at any time.
As the Territory develops new MULs details of those MULs will be available from this page.
MUL Number | 28079 |

The Policy utilises a traffic light system to classify food and drinks according to their nutritional content. The ACT Government is seeking interest from catering providers wishing to have menus assessed against the Healthy Food and Drink Choices Policy for inclusion on the approved menu list. |

Schemes
Schemes are intended for use in more than one procurement process and are a list of pre-registered suppliers that can provide the required services.

Usually, prior to inclusion in the scheme, suppliers must also agree to the conditions of a scheme. Schemes continue beyond the initial application and evaluation and include the ongoing management of a supplier’s performance and continuous review of corporate capability and capacity. Inclusion in a scheme does not guarantee any scheme member inclusion in a scheme procurement process.
