The Secure Local Jobs Code strengthens the ACT Government’s procurement practices, so our contracts are only awarded to businesses that meet the highest ethical and labour standards.
A Secure Local Jobs Code Certificate shows a business meets the standards in the Secure Local Jobs Code. It is required for:
- businesses tendering for construction, cleaning, security, or traffic management work of any value;
- services or works procurements over $200,000 (other than those listed as excluded).
