Are you looking for feedback on your proposal, or would you like to do better next time? You should always be offered the opportunity for a debrief on the outcome of your quote or tender response, after the procurement is finalised and you have been advised of the outcome. If this is not offered, you can always request a debrief from the relevant contact officer. The debrief will provide feedback on the performance of your quote or tender against the evaluation criteria. This may be provided via phone, email, letter or face-to-face.
