Make a complaint

We are committed to delivering customer service excellence to tender or quote respondents and suppliers, who play a vital role in delivering quality outcomes for the Territory.

The Supplier Complaints Management Procedure is a process for managing supplier complaints about Territory procurement activities. The Procedure applies only to the acquisition stage of procurement activities. Any complaints about the management of a contract should be made in accordance with the relevant provisions of the particular contract.

A complaint will not prejudice the supplier in any ongoing or future ACT Government procurement opportunities.
